AI automation, Melbourne
I'm based in Melbourne and I build AI automation for businesses here and remotely. The work is the same either way: find the manual steps in a process, and remove them.

What this covers
- Automations that handle the repetitive steps of a process — the copying, the re-typing, the chasing.
- AI agents that read an enquiry or a document and draft the reply or the record that follows.
- Connecting the tools you already pay for so they work as one system instead of several.
- Internal software where an off-the-shelf tool would mean changing how you actually work.
- Pipelines that carry a job through its stages without someone manually advancing it.
- Dashboards and reporting over data the business is already producing.
If this sounds familiar, it's the right conversation
- The same information gets typed into more than one place.
- Someone's day starts with exporting a spreadsheet and pasting it somewhere else.
- Enquiries arrive by email and get sorted by hand.
- A job stalls because one person has to remember to move it forward.
- You know the process well enough to describe it, but it lives in someone's head.
- You've looked at off-the-shelf software and it would mean changing how the business works.
How it works
01
Workflow call
Thirty minutes, no charge. You describe how the process actually runs and I say what can be automated and what can't.
02
Proposal
You get a written scope: what gets built, what it replaces, and what it costs.
03
Build & handover
Built against your real workflow and your real documents, not a demo. First month of support is included.
04
Ongoing, if you want it
After that, changes, monitoring and improvements are available monthly. Optional, never locked in.
Common questions
- Do you work with businesses outside Melbourne?
- Yes. I'm based in Melbourne but the work is remote — everything happens over calls and screen sharing, so location doesn't change how it runs.
- What does it cost?
- It depends on what's being built, so I quote per project after the workflow call rather than publishing a number that would be wrong for most jobs. The call itself is free and you're not obliged to go ahead.
- Do I need to know how to code?
- No. You need to know how your business works, which is the harder part. I handle the technical side and hand over something you can use.
- What if I already use software that nearly does this?
- Then the usual answer is to connect it rather than replace it. Automating around the tool you already have is cheaper and less disruptive than migrating.
- What happens after handover?
- The first month of support is included with the build. After that, ongoing support and changes run on a monthly basis if you want them — the system keeps being looked after and improved rather than left as-is. It's optional, and you can stop whenever you like.
